With 35+ years of industry experience and a true passion for her work, Olive is known for her utmost attention to detail and her unparalleled level of event planning. Olive currently sits on the Caterers Committee of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, the Board of Directors of the International Caterers Committee and the Membership Committee of the International Caterers Association.
Mary Lyons – Operations Manager
A 20-year employee with a degree in Business Management from Southeastern Massachusetts University, Mary’s ability to multitask keeps her on top of what’s happening at each of our locations. Her eye for detail ensures the smooth execution of events.
Sarah Biggs – Catering Sales Associate
A Culinary Institute of America graduate, Sarah’s confidence and personality shine through when she meets with a client, new or old. Her culinary understanding gives her an edge and makes her an asset to our team.
Joseph Spiotta – Contract Manager
A long-term employee with a strong work ethic, Joseph is detail-oriented and efficient. His eight years managing the Hyannisport Club provided him with a wealth of experience in customer service and satisfaction. He is in charge of all golf course operations from day to day lounge operations, to golf tournaments and social catering. Joseph is a graduate of Kenyon College.
Joao Carneiros – Equipment and Transportation Manager
A 15-year employee, Joao’s care and excellence are his key attributes to our team. He is in charge of our extensive inventory of china, glassware, flatware, linens, equipment and props, as well as our fleet of trucks.
