Sarah!!!

This of course does not replace a formal thank you, but as we are unpacking and repacking in NYC before departing on our honeymoon tomorrow, I wanted to say a BIG THANKS to you and your entire staff. I don’t know how you do it!!! Everything was absolutely perfect and I felt so at ease having you there tending to absolutely every detail. I have no idea what was going on behind the scenes, but it all went so smoothly and perfectly and SO many of our guests told us it was the best wedding ever!
It has been so fun following all the pictures that have been posted on Facebook and I loved seeing the Casual Gourmet posts as well. We can’t stop smiling!!!
Also, many, many compliments on the food. From hors d’oeuvres to family-style dinner, everything was a hit. Thank you for handling last-minute payment to the string band, putting together a beautiful and amazing cake surprise, and making the hat party happen just how we wanted it to!!
I could go on and on…but will stop here for now.
We are so grateful to you and feel so lucky to have had you guiding us through what was such a memorable weekend.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
Love,
Shannon and Ben

Sarah,
Now that the dust has settled (at least for those of us not on a honeymoon) I wanted to take some time to stop and thank you and everyone at Casual Gourmet. What a perfect wedding!  We couldn’t have done it without you.  The compliments are still streaming in about the entire wedding.  The dinner was the best I’ve ever had at any event and your staff could not have been more helpful or considerate.  Everything appeared as if by magic and they were so kind to my aunt and uncle explaining everything to them.

While there seemed to be tons of last minute decisions (keep the tents up take them down? benches under the tent – out in the field? How do we move the benches?) you guided us through it all seamlessly, solving all our issues and making all the right decisions! You certainly gave us a stress free night.

Thank you again it was a true pleasure to do business with you.
