After spending a week in Las Vegas at the Catersourse 2012 Conference & Tradeshow, Olive and I are back on Cape Cod full of ideas for new menu items, event design and ways to “wow” our clients.

Mary and I are just catching our breath after returning from the annual Catersource conference and tradeshow in Las Vegas.  It was a week of fabulous food, great parties, good friends and lots of learning opportunities.

The Casual Gourmet is thrilled to announce it is a nominee for a 2008 CATIE award in the Signature Caterer for Best Wedding category! CATIEs are awarded by the International Caterer’s Association, the preeminent organization of catering professionals, with more than 1,000 members worldwide. It’s an honor to just be nominated for this prestigious award.
