Mary and I are just catching our breath after returning from the annual Catersource conference and tradeshow in Las Vegas. It was a week of fabulous food, great parties, good friends and lots of learning opportunities.

Casual Gourmet Express at the Cape Cod Mall had it’s Grand Opening this morning!!! Although we have been serving up a variety of fresh salads, pastries and panini sandwiches over the past few weeks, we made it official at 11:00am this morning with a ribbon cutting.
