Dear Sarah,

We could not have been more pleased with the way you organized and ran Annie and Pierre’s wedding…yes, we could have actually had something to eat.  Friends told me that would happen but I didn’t believe them.  Gene and I will have to have our own party just to taste the food that our guests are still raving about.  We had more to eat at the tasting.

The entire affair appeared flawless and if it wasn’t don’t bother to tell us.  You work very hard for your company and I hope they appreciate your efforts.  I think I mentioned to you at the wedding that we would be delighted to be used as a reference and I want to reiterate that comment.  I have no idea how things get done without people who work as hard as you.
